As Thursday’s, February 15, 2024 snowfall quickly came on, and with only an inch, we can't really call it a storm, traffic at Norfolk's County's busiest intersection was slippery and treacherous at best. The salt trucks hadn't arrived yet, but soon would, as packed ice quickly covered the asphalt at the intersection of highways 3 and 24. It was amazing how quickly it became a whiteout. I'm trying to remember the last time we've seen a fresh snowfall? It's been a very mild winter so far, that's for sure!
