What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: Portions of south central and southeast Wisconsin, including the following counties, in south central Wisconsin, Dane. In southeast Wisconsin, Dodge and Jefferson.
When: Until 900 PM CDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 550 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Madison, Sun Prairie, Fitchburg, Watertown, Middleton, Waunakee, Verona, McFarland, Monona, Windsor, Lake Mills, Marshall, Waterloo, Cottage Grove, Cross Plains, Deerfield, Shorewood Hills, Maple Bluff, Milford and Richwood. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
