Additional Details: - At 1121 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Janesville, Monroe, Milton, Evansville, Brodhead, Orfordville, Monticello, Albany, Footville, Fulton, Magnolia, Browntown, Hanover, Leyden, Afton, Indianford, Attica, Juda, Emerald Grove and Avalon. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
