As of 4 am fog had become locally dense over parts of central andnortheast Wisconsin. In some locations, visibility was reduced toas low as one-quarter to one-half mile, especially near the bayand along the Lake Michigan shoreline. After daybreak, the densefog farther inland will diminish, but the fog along the bay andlake may persist well into the morning.If traveling this morning, expect sharply reduced visibility attimes. If you encounter dense fog, slow down and be sure to usethe low beam setting on headlights.
