Where: Portions of Lake, Modoc, and far eastern Klamath counties, including mostly the higher terrain of Winter Rim, the Warner and Hart mountains, but also including Paisley, Summer Lake, Valley Falls, Wagontire, and parts of highways 140, 395, 31 and 299.
When: From 11 AM to 8 PM PDT Wednesday.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result.
