The National Weather Service in Binghamton has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Southwestern Sullivan County in central New York Southeastern Lackawanna County in northeastern Pennsylvania Southwestern Wayne County in northeastern Pennsylvania Pike County in northeastern Pennsylvania Until 100 AM EDT. At 1153 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Moscow, or 11 miles southeast of Scranton, moving east at 50 mph.
Hazard: 60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
