What: Visibility as low as one quarter to one half mile in dense fog and freezing fog.
Where: Portions of north central Kansas and central, east central, and south central Nebraska, including the Tri Cities.
When: Until noon CST today.
Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. In addition, freezing fog could create a thin layer of ice on roads, making for potentially slick conditions especially on bridges and overpasses.
Additional Details: Although not all areas within the Advisory will experience truly dense fog with visibility 1/4 mile or less, the areal coverage of visibilities down to at least 1/2 mile appears sufficient to justify the continuation of this Advisory.

If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
