What: Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 24 degrees in the western Magic Valley, as low as 27 degrees in the Upper Treasure Valley, and as low as 30 degrees in the Lower Treasure Valley of Idaho and Oregon. Sub-freezing temperatures are expected again early Saturday morning, but not quite as cold as Friday morning.
Where: Portions of south central and southwest Idaho and southeast Oregon.
When: From late Thursday night through Friday morning.
Impacts: Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
