Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes.
Additional Details: - At 824 AM PST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 0.75 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Las Vegas, Summerlin, Spring Valley, Lone Mountain, Centennial Hills, Blue Diamond, Mountains Edge, Red Rock Canyon, Enterprise, Las Vegas Ballpark, Red Rock Canyon Campground, Spring Mountain Ranch, The Lakes and Floyd Lamb Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
