What: Very cold wind chills as low as 36 below expected.
Where: Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and northeast and southeast North Dakota.
When: For the first Cold Weather Advisory, until 6 PM CST this evening. For the second Cold Weather Advisory, from noon Sunday to noon CST Monday.
Impacts: The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 35 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
