: The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana North Branch Elkhart River at Cosperville affecting Noble County. .Excessive runoff from recent heavy rainfall continues to cause Minor to Moderate flooding on many rivers across the area. Additional heavy rain in the coming days could exacerbate the flooding. For the Tippecanoe Riverincluding Ora, Winamac, Norway Dam Minor flooding is forecast. For the Saint Joseph River Ohioincluding Montpelier, Newville, St. Joe River Ft. WayneModerate flooding is forecast. For the Tiffin Riverincluding StrykerMinor flooding is forecast. Impacts: At 14.0 feet, Significant flooding occurs on DeKalb County Road 42 about 3 miles northeast of Newville. Considerable agricultural and low land flooding occurs along the St. Joseph River to the Cedarville Reservoir.
