Where: Northern Carbon and Northern Stillwater.
When: Until 9 AM MDT Wednesday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions on bridges and overpasses. The hazardous conditions will impact the Tuesday evening commute.
Additional Details: The greatest snow accumulations will fall north of I-90. The greatest ice accumulations will fall along I-90 and eastward.
