What: Visibility down to one quarter mile in dense fog.
Where: Custer, Garfield, Loup, Wheeler, Chase, Frontier, Hayes, Keith, Lincoln, and Perkins Counties.
When: From 4 AM CDT /3 AM MDT/ to 10 AM CDT /9 AM MDT/ Thursday.
Impacts: Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
