Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Widespread inundation of agriculture fields, wetlands, and other low-lying areas.
Additional Details: - At 1155 PM MDT, Gauge reports continue to indicate high stream flows. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Alamosa, San Luis Valley Airport, Sanford, La Jara and Alamosa East. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
