This was the view out my back door window this afternoon. I heard a loud boom, and something crashing, as if dropped from the sky. It sounded like a mack truck being dropped from the CN Tower.. I managed to grab a few photos before it passed us. This was approx. 3:20 pm est. It started off extremely windy, and then went very cold.. Then came the rain, and hail (just small pellet sized hail) and then, at one point the entire world was very still... no birds chirping, or anything.. And then, more booming, and wind.. still extreme cold, and then within minutes, everything became bright, sunny, birds chirping.. It was eerie! I actually caught a bit of video with the storm over us, as it passed but, all you see is the rain, and how extremely bright it was. I may upload that later but for now, I got these photos.
