I believe winter should be winter from at least 21 Dec to 21 Mar because when Ole Man Winter takes a break other things happens. We get mud way too early and icy roads and parking lots. Bring back winter, let the Snow-Goes have fun... Miserable in winter makes spring more enjoyable...
