Dimanche 10 septembre 2017 à 17 h 24 - Irma a amené de fortes pluies sur Miami, dimanche. Les rues du centre-ville se sont transformées en rivières.

C’est ce que montrent ces dix vidéos publiées sur Twitter, dimanche après-midi alors que l’ouragan se déplaçait sur la côte ouest de l’État. De forts vents balayaient toujours la ville, et on attendait encore des rafales de 130 km / h à 21 heures.
À 16 h 30, la police invitait les habitants de la ville à rester chez eux, dans un message publié sur Twitter.
« Les inondations, les lignes électriques tombées et les chutes de débris représentent des dangers sérieux », était-il indiqué.
