Description

The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Wisconsin Root River Canal At Raymond affecting Racine County.
What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Root River Canal at Raymond.
When: Until tomorrow evening.
Impacts: At 9.0 feet, Water floods Koerber Park on 6 Mile Road. Flooding of rural land and agricultural land.
Additional Details: - At 3:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 9.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 7.0 feet. - Recent ActivityThe maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:00 AM CDT Friday was 9.5 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to rise to a crest of 9.6 feet this morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow morning. - Flood stage is 9.0 feet. - Flood HistoryThis crest compares to a previous crest of 9.6 feet on 02/25/1985. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
