When: Until 1000 AM CDT Tuesday.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. River or stream flows are elevated.
Additional Details: - At 348 AM CDT, Thunderstorms produced between 2 and 6 inches of rain over the past 12 hours. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area as some rivers and streams rise. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Green Bay, Appleton, Manitowoc, Shawano, Sturgeon Bay, Kewaunee, Bay Shore Park, Menasha, Kaukauna, Little Chute, New London, Kimberly, Clintonville, Pulaski, Algoma, Brillion, Luxemburg, Denmark and Black Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
