Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 927 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in Green Bay due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing across low lying areas and some roadways. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen across portions of the Green Bay area, especially the northern portions of the city. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Green Bay, Bellevue Town, Oneida, De Pere, Howard, Ashwaubenon, Allouez, Ledgeview, Hobart, Lambeau Field and Leo Frigo Bridge. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
