Where: In Minnesota, Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, and Washington Counties. In Wisconsin, Barron, Polk, Rusk, Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, and St. Croix Counties.
When: From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Friday.
