Where: Quincy, Grand Coulee, Coulee City, Harrington, Ephrata, Moses Lake, Wilbur, Creston, Ritzville, Odessa, and Othello.
When: From 2 PM Thursday to 4 AM PST Friday.
Impacts: Plan on slippery road conditions. Freezing rain may lead to very slick conditions on untreated roads and surfaces.
