When: Until 600 AM EDT.
Impacts: Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
Additional Details: - At 1202 AM EDT, emergency management reported high water lingering across some roads in the area from prior excessive rainfall. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Weston, Philippi, Glenville, Grantsville, Audra State Park, Belington, Jackson Mill, Stonewall Jackson, Junior, Lost Creek, Jane Lew, Horner, Camden, Alum Bridge, Hodgesville, Linn, Century, Baldwin, Troy and Volga. - This includes the following highway
S: Interstate 79 between mile markers 92 and 113. Route 33 between mile markers 1 and 4and near mile marker 6. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
