* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...Portions of Louisiana, including the following parishes,Bienville, Caldwell, De Soto, Grant, Jackson, La Salle,Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red River, Sabine and Winn and Texas,including the following counties, Angelina, Cherokee, Nacogdoches,Panola, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby and Smith.* WHEN...Through 7 AM Friday morning.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Showers and thunderstorms will increase and become morewidespread by this afternoon and evening, continuingovernight through early Friday. Rainfall totals of 2-4 incheswith localized higher amounts will be possible in the FloodWatch area.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...Attoyac Bayou Near Chireno affecting San Augustine, Nacogdoches,Shelby and Rusk Counties.For the Attoyac Bayou...including Chireno...Minor flooding isforecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Attoyac Bayou near Chireno.* WHEN...Until further notice.* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, Expect minor lowland flooding of boatramps and pastures. Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 17.7 feet.- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 8:30 AM CDT Thursday was 18.9 feet.- Forecast...The river will fall to 17.6 feet this evening. Itwill then rise to 17.7 feet just after midnight tonight. Itwill fall to 17.1 feet tomorrow evening. It will then rise to18.5 feet early Sunday afternoon. It will fall again butremain above flood stage.- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of18.4 feet on 01/20/1995.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
