Locations impacted include Southern Pasadena, League City, Galveston Causeway, Galveston Island West End, Texas City, Matagorda, Friendswood, Lake Jackson, Alvin, Angleton, Dickinson, La Marque, Santa Fe, Freeport, southern Seabrook, Clute, Webster, Hitchcock, Kemah, and Surfside Beach.
