Locations impacted include Monahans, Kermit, Wink, Thorntonville, Grandfalls, Pyote, Wickett, Coyanosa, Imperial Reservoir, Roy Hurd Memorial Airport, Monahans Sandhills State Park, Royalty, Imperial, and Winkler County Airport. This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 62 and 89.
