...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...Neches River At Rockland affecting Polk, Jasper, Angelina andTyler Counties.For the Neches River...including Lake Palestine, Neches, Alto,Diboll, Rockland...Minor flooding is forecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Neches River at Rockland.* WHEN...Until early Thursday afternoon.* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Water will begin to flood severalsecondary roadways especially in the Fox Landing community.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 7:00 PM CDT Monday the stage was 27.7 feet.- Bankfull stage is 28.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 7:00 PM CDT Monday was 28.8 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 27.9feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall belowflood stage late Thursday morning.- Flood stage is 26.0 feet.- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of28.0 feet on 05/26/2021.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
