* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...Portions of southwest Arkansas, including the followingcounties, Howard, Little River, Miller and Sevier, southeastOklahoma, including the following county, McCurtain, and northeastTexas, including the following counties, Bowie, Camp, Cass,Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Red River, Smith,Titus, Upshur and Wood.* WHEN...Through late tonight.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Excessive, heavy rainfall will continue across the FloodWatch area through Friday and Friday evening with 1 to 3inches of additional rainfall possible with isolated higheramounts.
