* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to bepossible.* WHERE...Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Fannin, Grayson, Hunt,Jack, Kaufman, Montague, Palo Pinto, Parker, Rockwall, Stephens,Tarrant, Wise, Young, Delta, Hopkins, Lamar, Rains and Van ZandtCounties.* WHEN...Through Friday evening.* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood withadditional heavy rainfall.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- Additional rainfall of 1 to 3 inches, with isolated higheramounts up to 5 inches. Lower rain amounts are expected forareas northeast of the Metroplex.
