What: Very cold wind chills as low as zero in the Big Country, and in the single digits elsewhere across West Central Texas.
Where: All of West central Texas.
When: From 6 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Tuesday.
Impacts: The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia and frostbite if precautions are not taken. The extended period of freezing temperatures could also cause ruptured water pipes.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
