Description

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.* WHERE...A portion of south central Texas, including the followingcounties, Blanco, Burnet and Llano.* WHEN...Until 1115 PM CDT.* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 805 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due tothunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to beginshortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rainhave fallen.- Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected overthe area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.- Some locations that will experience flooding include...Marble Falls, Kingsland, Round Mountain, Buchanan Dam,Granite Shoals, Horseshoe Bay, Meadowlakes, Highland Haven,Longhorn Cavern State Park, Inks Lake State Park, CottonwoodShores and Sunrise Beach Village.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
