...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...Navasota River near Normangee affecting Grimes, Madison andBrazos Counties.For the Navasota River...including Normangee...Minor flooding isforecast.* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Navasota River near Normangee.* WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning.* IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins as waterescapes the main channel and inundates the flood plain.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 10:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 15.1 feet.- Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hoursending at 10:00 AM CDT Saturday was 15.7 feet.- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.2feet this afternoon.
