Description

What: North winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected.
Where: The South Plains, Rolling Plains, and the far southern Texas Panhandle.
When: Friday from 1 AM to 7 PM CDT.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result.
