What: Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: A portion of south central Texas, including the following county, Bexar.
When: Until 1230 AM CDT.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Dangerous flows over low-water crossings.
Additional Details: - At 922 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. - After over 3 inches of rain fell early Friday morning, this quick addition of 1/2 to 1 inch of rain will likely flood city streets and possibly flood low water crossings to the point where they could become impassable. - Some locations that will experience flooding include San Antonio, San Antonio Int Airport, Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills, Shavano Park, Hollywood Park, Olmos Park, Castle Hills and Hill Country Village. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
