What: Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
Where: Portions of east central Ohio, including the following areas, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Harrison, Jefferson OH and Tuscarawas, Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Beaver, Lawrence and Mercer, and West Virginia, including the following areas, Brooke and Hancock.
When: From noon EDT today through late tonight.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Scattered thunderstorm development during the late morning and early afternoon hours, followed by a more widespread push of heavy rain and additional thunderstorms, could result in a couple rounds of heavy rain.
