Where: A portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon and Somerset.
When: From Sunday morning through Sunday evening.
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Additional Details: - Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain are expected over the Laurel Highlands and south-central mountains on Sunday morning and perhaps again in the late afternoon and early evening.
