Additional Details: Numerous measured wind gusts of 45 to 62 mph have been recorded at area weather stations late this morning and early this afternoon. This includes a gust to 61 mph at 12:19 pm EST at the Pittsburgh International Airport. Power outages have also been reported in several areas.
