What: Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of a glaze to one tenth of an inch.
Where: Portions of east central Ohio, southwest and western Pennsylvania, and northern and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.
When: From 8 AM to 3 PM EST Friday.
Impacts: Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday post-holiday travel.
