What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
Where: A portion of northeast Oregon, including the following counties, Umatilla, Union and Wallowa.
When: Until 1100 PM PDT Wednesday.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas and ponding of water on roadways may occur.
Additional Details: - At 1158 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.75 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor roadway flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include La Grande, Meacham, Spout Springs, Tollgate, Bingham Springs, Minam, Gibbon, Hilgard, Kamela, Umatilla Reservation and Troy. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
