The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Ohio Portage River At Woodville affecting Wood and Sandusky Counties. Black River At Elyria affecting Lorain County. Maumee River At Waterville affecting Lucas and Wood Counties. Eagle Creek At Phalanx Station affecting Trumbull County.

S: Minor flooding is forecast. For the Black Riverincluding ElyriaMinor flooding is forecast. For the Maumee Riverincluding Grand Rapids, WatervilleMinor flooding is forecast. What: Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
Where: Eagle Creek at Phalanx Station.
When: Until early Sunday morning.
Impacts: At 11.0 feet, Barclay Messerly Road, McConnell East, and Knowlton Roads will be flooded and impassable.
Additional Details: - At 10:00 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 11.7 feet. - ForecastThe river will fall below flood stage Friday morning.
