What: Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. Where: West Canada Creek at Hinckley. When: Until late tomorrow morning. Impacts: At 1228.0 feet, Moderate flood stage. Three feet of water are spilling over and there is widespread flooding downstream between Hinckley and Herkimer. Additional Details: - At 2:45 AM EDT Thursday the stage was 1229.4 feet. - ForecastThe river is expected to fall below flood stage late tonight and continue falling to 1225.5 feet Saturday evening. - Flood stage is 1227.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Impacts: At 16.0 feet, Water reaches roads in the industrial park.
