Description

What: Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations between one tenth and four tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
Where: Portions of northern New York, Champlain Valley and parts of northern Vermont.
When: Until 4 PM EST Monday.
Impacts: Isolated power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute.
Additional Details: The heaviest ice accumulation will occur between midnight and 10 AM Monday.
