The river begins to overflow into low lying RV parks. Additional Details: - At 12:15 PM EDT Friday the stage was 6.3 feet and falling. - ForecastThe river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling to 5.5 feet Monday morning. - Flood stage is 6.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Where: West Canada Creek at Hinckley.
When: Until early tomorrow afternoon.
Impacts: At 1227.0 feet, Minor Flood Stage. Route 28 from White Creek Road to Mechanic Street in Newport remains closed due to water over the roadway.
Additional Details: - At 11:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 1227.4 feet and falling. - ForecastThe river is expected to fall below flood stage tomorrow morning and continue falling to 1226.9 feet Monday morning. - Flood stage is 1227.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
