What: Freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of a light glaze to a tenth of an inch with up two tenths of an inch in the Catskills.
Where: In New York, Delaware, Sullivan, and eastern Otsego County. In Pennsylvania, Northern Wayne, Pike, and Southern Wayne Counties.
When: From 4 PM this afternoon to 11 AM EST Wednesday.
Impacts: Difficult travel conditions are possible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commutes.
Additional Details: Expect a mix of freezing rain and rain late this afternoon, evening and into the overnight hours. The mix should change back over to some wet snow late tonight into Wednesday morning. Otsego County will likely only see freezing rain across the far eastern portion of the county.
