Description
The Flood Watch will expire for a portion of central New York, including the following areas, Broome, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Otsego, Schuyler, Steuben, Tioga and Tompkins. The flooding threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch will expire at 8 AM EDT this morning.
