Lightening winds and clearing skies are allowing temperatures to drop quickly this morning. Much of the area will likely see temperatures below freezing by sunrise. These freezing temperatures combined with snow melt may cause areas of black ice. Use caution if traveling this morning as black ice can make conditions very slick. Leave extra room between you and the car in front of you. Additionally, pedestrians should use caution walking on any untreated surfaces.
