What: West winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
Where: Portions of southwest Maine and central and southern New Hampshire.
When: Until 9 AM EDT this morning.
Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down. Power outages may result.
