What: Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations between 3 and 7 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.
Where: Little Belt and Highwood Mountains and Gallatin and Madison County Mountains and Centennial Mountains.
When: Until noon MDT Friday.
Impacts: Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. A few power outages from the wet and heavy snow will be possible. Tire chains may be required over passes.
Additional Details: Those recreating should be prepared for the adverse conditions.
