What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
Where: Portions of central and north central Missouri, including the following counties, in central Missouri, Cooper, Howard and Saline. In north central Missouri, Carroll, Chariton, Linn, Macon and Randolph.
When: Until noon CDT Friday.
Impacts: Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Additional Details: - At 146 PM CDT, emergency management reported flooding in the advisory area. A few roads remain closed in Chariton, Howard, and Macon counties. Flooding is expected to continue through tonight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include Moberly, Marshall, Boonville, Macon, Brookfield, Fayette, Marceline, Slater, Salisbury, Huntsville, Glasgow, New Franklin, Brunswick, Bevier, Higbee, Keytesville, Bucklin, Laclede, Bosworth and Clark. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Impacts: Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
