...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers inKansas...Missouri...Marais Des Cygnes River near Trading Post affecting Bates andLinn Counties.Marais Des Cygnes River at La Cygne affecting Linn County.For the Marais Des Cygnes River...including La Cygne, Trading Post...Moderate flooding is forecast.* WHAT...Moderate flooding is forecast.* WHERE...Marais Des Cygnes River near Trading Post.* WHEN...Until late Thursday evening.* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Flooding of low-lying farmland occurs andwater begins to approach Stateline Road north of the river gauge.At 29.0 feet, Stateline Road is flooded north of the river gauge.* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...- At 3:31 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 26.5 feet.- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage early thismorning to 36.5 feet just after midnight tonight. It willthen fall tomorrow evening. It will rise to 35.1 feet Tuesdaymorning. It will then fall below flood stage late Wednesdayevening.- Flood stage is 27.0 feet.- http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
